A quick guide
1. Keep an open heart and mind. Don’t have any preconceived notions of how it’s going to land.
2. Keep your skepticism. Skepticism is a great part of running experiments, but hold your skepticism until after the experiment is over.
3. A full-body sport. Let the experiments be not just a thought process, but an embodied experience. See how different activities land in your emotional and nervous system.
