The Art of Accomplishment helps executives and leaders transform organizational culture through deep personal growth. Our approach combines somatic, experiential learning with a focus on interpersonal dynamics. We serve individuals and leaders seeking greater operational effectiveness, emotional fluidity, and sustainable high performance.
Founded in 2020, we deliver transformational programs through online courses, intensive retreats, and yearlong cohorts. We are a remote team of around 20 people, who're all passionate about our work. 
The Role
This position ensures seamless delivery of our online courses and operational excellence across all programs. 
You will manage live course sessions, troubleshoot technical challenges in real-time, and continuously improve systems and processes. Your work directly enables transformational learning experiences for executives and leaders.
Responsibilities
Course Management
- Manage live online course sessions across morning and evening Pacific Time slots
- Provide real-time technical troubleshooting and support during live sessions
- Host Zoom calls, manage breakout rooms, and coordinate participant experiences
- Track enrollment pipelines and guide participants through course progression
- Deliver customer service aligned with company values
- Coordinate with facilitators to ensure optimal course delivery
Operations & Systems
- Maintain and optimize course operations systems and processes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Resolve participant scheduling and logistical issues
- Document processes for scalability and knowledge transfer
- Execute day-to-day operational requirements
Customer Experience
- Serve as primary point of contact for participant inquiries
- Address concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support
About you
Required Experience
- Systems thinking ability - Demonstrated capacity to identify patterns and create organizational structure
- Composure under pressure - Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues during time-sensitive situations
- Strong interpersonal skills - Natural ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail - Consistent accuracy while maintaining appropriate flexibility
- Technical proficiency - Comfortable with Zoom, Airtable/Notion, Google Suite, and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Written communication skills - Clear, professional written communication
- Self-management - Takes initiative appropriately and exercises sound judgment on escalation
Preferred Experience
- Experience with online course platforms or event management
- Background in customer service, operations, or project coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems or course management software
- Experience working in remote teams
- Personal experience with AOA or other self exploration practises
Location Requirements
Course sessions run throughout Pacific Time hours, including morning and evening, so we're looking for candidates in compatible time zones (e.g. Mexico, Canada, Central America).
