We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support Joe Hudson, founder of The Art of Accomplishment. This role blends traditional EA responsibilities—calendar management, travel coordination, light bookkeeping—with the unique demands of supporting a thought leader who creates transformational content and works closely with executives at companies like Apple, Alphabet, and OpenAI.
The right person is organized, anticipates needs, and handles sensitive information with discretion. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional unconventional request. You take initiative without needing permission for every move.
This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with flexible, on-call availability rather than fixed hours. You'll need to be responsive and adaptable as priorities shift. Ideally, you'd visit our office in Sebastopol 1-2 days a week.
