Emotional Inquiry

We all have emotions we'd rather not feel. And most of us have gotten pretty good at avoiding them. Emotional Inquiry is a practice that gently reverses that pattern.

Rather than pushing feelings aside or trying to fix them, you learn to explore them with the open, wondering attention of a small child. It's a simple shift, but a surprisingly powerful one.
